Open Positions:
Your tasks:
- You will support the Managing Director with all administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
- You will oversee various internal projects and help to ensure that they progress
- You organize, coordinate and follow up on meetings and ensure that deadlines are met
- You are the contact person for team colleagues from Europe and Africa
- You prepare business trips
- You prepare presentations for various partners/stakeholders
The qualifications and skills you bring with you
- Organized, independent and proactive
- Communicative
- Flexible
- Team player
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Background in international economics, business administration, management, commercial vocational training or other suitable training
- Interested in business in Africa
- Several years of professional experience in this field is an advantage
