The family farm is the origin of the CHB Group
and is located in the district of Plön in northern Germany, where the family is now farming in its 4th generation. The company also includes an adjacent biogas plant, where in addition to wheat, Barley
and rapeseed maize, GPS rye and triticale are also grown to generate energy supply for the plant. The overall concept of the farm includes close cooperation with neighboring agricultural businesses in the region. In this way, the company is also involved in the cultivation of arable land and in the supply of raw materials for other biogas plants.
